Lachlan qualified
in 1983 and spent a number of years with Ernst & Young gaining a
broad depth of knowledge on auditing, taxation and tax planning,
company acquisitions and disposals and due diligence work. He has
clients covering a wide range of sectors from groups of companies,
owner managed businesses to legal and medical practices.

Mike
Crerar Bcom, CA,
Managing Partner
Mike qualified in 1978 with Ernst & Whinney and joined Geoghegans
in 1980. He became a partner in 1986. Mike's main interest is in auditing
and accounting, advising on start-ups and helping businesses to develop.
His particular specialisms include owner-managed businesses, charities
and pension schemes. |

Peter
Yellowlees BA,CA
Finance Partner
Peter joined Geoghegans in 1971 and qualified in 1974. He then
spent some time in Australia working for what is now KPMG. His experience
ranges from business start-ups and auditing to tax and tax planning
across a wide range of clients from owner managed businesses and
professional and medical practices to charities and schools.

Binnie BA, CA
Iain qualified as an accountant in 1989. He has auditing, business
advisory and corporate finance experience from his ten years with
Ernst & Young and has also put his skills into practice more
recently, when he was Finance Director of an owner-managed manufacturing
company. His main areas of interest are in auditing and accounting,
business advisory work and corporate finance transactions. Iain
has provided advice to a wide range of clients, including owner-managed
companies, entrepreneurial growth companies and professional practices.

Euan qualified as an accountant in 1987. He has extensive audit
and tax experience gained with Price Waterhouse, Deloitte & Touche
and Ernst & Young. As well as providing advice in these areas, Euan
can provide specialist advice on farms and estates, corporate finance
and employee benefits

Colin
Scott BA, CA
Colin qualified in 1977 with Scott-Moncrieff Downie Wilson and
furthered his experience with what is now Ernst & Young. He joined
Geoghegans in 1983 and specialises in liquidations and insolvencies
as well as start-ups and business development. He advises a wide
range of clients. |

Walker BAcc, CA
David qualified in 1994 and spent four years with Ernst Young
where he specialised in auditing, business advisory and corporate
finance work. This was complemented by a further two years at PricewaterhouseCoopers
in London providing advice to technology, professional consultancy
and other entrepreneurial businesses. His main focus remains on
business advisory and audit services.
