We believe that one of our strengths is the level of support we give to our staff, and in particular our students.

Soon after you arrive you will be allocated a student mentor, who will offer guidance and support throughout your training contract and will help if you have any problems.

All of our students attend quarterly meetings in which students from all years meet with the Student Counselling Partner (Paul Marshall) to discuss their experience to date, any work or exam issues and often to hold small presentations on technical or other issues associated with their work.

In addition to your ICAS block release classes we also hold regular internal and external training events throughout the year at which all staff will attend. These courses generally cover annual audit, tax and accounts updates, technical issues and changes in statutory legislation.
